How Karla's Cleaning Got Started
Karla Costa started this business with one straightforward idea: that cleaning should be done properly — or not at all. After spending years working in professional cleaning environments and seeing the difference that genuine care and attention to detail could make, she decided it was time to build something of her own.
Karla's Cleaning Services launched right here in Plymouth County, serving neighbors, local families, and small businesses who wanted reliable, quality cleaning without the hassle of dealing with a distant corporate service. From day one, the approach has been personal: take the time to understand each client's space and needs, show up as promised, and do the work you'd be proud of.
We're not the biggest cleaning company in Massachusetts — and that's intentional. We'd rather do fewer jobs exceptionally well than spread ourselves too thin. Every client on our roster gets real attention, consistent service, and a team that knows their space. That's the way Karla built this company, and that's the way it stays.
